A mixed use development in Kensington, London, previously a public house. The new build comprised of 2 commercial units with 11 high specification apartments on the above 3 floors. 

The project was subject to exceptionally restrictive planning constraints, but granted following 4 years negotiation.
All feasibility, design, planning, and construction was run in house. Construction Cost: c. £8m

Restaurant at the Royal Academy of Arts

(Tom Dixon)

The refurbishment of The Restaurant at the Royal Academy of Arts. New lighting design & installation, layout design & supply & wall configuration of framed artwork. 

Tom Dixon furniture was specified throughout. As part of the design were bespoke cabinets to house RA sculptural pieces to act as partitions within the space. 
Research conducted on site at the Royal Academy’s archives to select sculptures & paintings.
Completed in March 2011.
